You should be pushing for strong internships as early as you can. Waiting until junior year puts you behind peers who already have signal, referrals, and interview reps—so you are competing uphill in the hardest cycles.

It’s free for now—no tuition or fees.
Who is this for—and who is it not for?
It’s for CS students who are struggling to land internships and want a structured path through tech recruiting. It is not a general “any major” career program—this is built for software engineering, product management, and closely adjacent roles. If your goal is outside that lane, this isn’t the right fit.
How long will it take?
Pace depends on you. The aim is to keep the full arc under about six weeks so it stays focused and you don’t drift forever.
