Because they have no idea how to beat the system, and the 2026 market is stacked against them. A single posting gets 10k+ applicants, and most never even land these interviews. Even if you do, there are many rounds which have very hard technical questions. This is not 2021. Spamming applications is not a strategy, and most students do not know how to get referrals, how to build a resume that gets callback, and how to study & pass these technical rounds. Then they lose hope and start blaming the market. I'm here to change that.
